Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all of the dad's out there. Especially to my Dad and to my wonderful husband who makes a wonderful father. It is so much fun to see him interact with Matthew, and Matthew absolutely loves him, and frankly, so do I.

Anyhow, so, I just thought I would clarify a little on my last post. I WAS feeling down about my weight gain, but I am now OK with it. No, 17 pounds isn't bad for being pregnant. I am supposed to gain 25-30 pounds so I'm still ok. With Matthew I did gain 30 pounds, so I think that this far along in the game, 17 pounds is great! Now if I can just be as good as David and Kris when I have the baby and walk 10 miles a day. :)

Thanks for all of your comments on my blog. It makes my day to see the number higher than 0.

I have started making a baby blanket and have almost all of the blocks cut out and ready to sew together. It is going to be really really cute. I will have to post a picture on here when I am done with it.

Well, anyhow, Happy Father's Day again to all of you fathers!

The baby blanket sounds fun. I want to make something, but can't put my finger on what. Happy Father's Day to Kai.

Susan Sanders Brown! I cannot believe you were getting down about gaining 17 pounds in your pregnancy! Holy smokes I think I gained at least that much in the last MONTH of my pregnancy with Kennedy. (Granted my doctor was retarded and couldn't read the signs of toxemia). Anyway, next time you're getting down, give me a call, I know I can talk you back up by letting you know it could definitely be worse! You'll have to post pictures of the blanket when you're done! Good for you for making one. I'd like to, but I don't have a baby to use it on! :)
