We were invited to Madison's birthday party on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. We weren't really informed that there was going to be a slip and slide, but we did without the swimmers and swimming suit anyway. Besides, what is a diaper for anyhow? It was fun to see everyone and to play too.
Matthew and Simon both wanted Grandpa to push them in the tire swing, so this was one way to solve the problem.
Matthew wasn't too sure about having the sprinklers come on as it was very cold, but he eventually thought it was fun.
He was a pretty brave boy about playing in the cold water. This was one of our attempts to get a picture of him falling down. Well, he did that a lot but we didn't get a good picture of it.
And, this was one of our attempts again, this time he was standing up. Once he fell down he was pretty quick to stand up. He was always laughing about it when he stood up. What a fun boy we have.
And this picture was before the birthday party. We had just bought a cheap pool at the dollar store to have something for Matthew to do. It was freezing cold water in the beginning, but absolutely loved playing in it anyway. I just thought it was a cute picture and I wanted to share it with all.

The party looked like fun, and I'm sure the boys didn't miss their suits at all! Can't wait for news of a new baby... is it coming?
