A Milestone

We have reached a new milestone in Matthew's life. He is now sleeping in a toddler bed! I have honestly been putting it off for a while because I didn't want to have to go through the training part of it. But...this is the third night and he has done very well. He goes right to sleep maybe wakes up once in the night and comes to look for me. But, I just take him back to bed and give him a hug...he is asleep once more. The first night was probably the hardest and it wasn't even that hard. He just got out a few times and thought we were playing with him, but then he realized he needed to sleep and so he went to sleep. Yay! I am now glad that he is sleeping a toddler bed because now, if he wakes up he can come get me without me having to wake up to him crying. And if I am feeding Mason and Matthew wakes up in the morning, I don't have to make him wait for me to come get him, or stop feeding Mason to go get him. Kind of convenient. Matthew is being such a good boy and a very good big brother. I can tell that when Mason can start playing with him Matthew will absolutely love it. He already wants him to play, but of course, he can't. What wonderful boys we have! The next milestone is one I am definitely not looking forward to....potty training. Ugh!
