What in the world?

Ok, so I went to the library yesterday to get some books to read. Mostly for Matthew, which I found a very cute one, but I also thought I would get a couple for myself. So, I searched and searched for something. At least as well as you can search with a 20 month old running around the library. I picked one about the Revolutionary War, not too sure I will like it. It is pretty thick and...well, I don't know we will see. Then I had seen another one the day before when I went to get copies that I wanted to check out. Well, in my hurriedness trying to get out of there I just picked it up and checked it out. As I went to read it I noticed....it was the second of a series. Ugh! I called up the library today and asked if they had the first one. I mean, no use in dragging the boys over there if they don't even have it right? The lady so kindly looked for me and she said, "Oh, it looks like we had a copy but it is missing. Somebody must have ran off with it for themselves." Uh, ok. So my frustration is, why do they get a second book of something when they don't even have the first. My other frustration is, this isn't the first time it has happened to me at this library. Well, I guess they had the copy, but it was checked out. So I asked them to reserve it for me, and they did, but for some odd reason they thought I wanted it in Cody. Huh? The lady said that I had told her to send it to Cody. Hello, why would I want it in Cody when I am right here. Oh well. Maybe next time I want a book from a series I will check to make sure they have all of the series before I even check it out. Ok, I have vented. :)

That is frustrating!
I like your song on the blog, it reminds me of Matthew holding that orange bat over Labor Day weekend. :)
