The New Diet

Alright, for all of you dieters out there that have decided to lose some pounds this coming year, I have found the perfect weight loss program. It is called "THROWING UP!!!!" Yeah, so I don't know how those people that are bulemic do it, but I wouldn't be able to handle it. Yes, we at our house had a very fast case of the flu. I woke up night before last feeling nauseous. I was trying to talk myself out of it because we had to go up to Billings to take Matthew to get a tube put in his ear. Well, on the way, I threw up once. Then, we didn't even make it to Bridger cause the roads were too bad. Then on the way back I threw up twice. When we got home I threw up twice. After which my body just ached the rest of the day, but then Kai got hit with it. He pretty much laid in bed most of the day too. About 5:00 Matthew got hit with it. He threw up quite a few times and mostly made it into the bucket or the toilet. Mason, well, he never threw up, but he sure didn't act like he felt good and he wouldn't eat. We were thinking that it could have been the onions that we had on our hamburgers the night before. We had had them in the fridge for a little while, cut up, so they were getting bad anyway. I guess, when in doubt throw it out. But I don't think that is what made us sick as Matthew didn't have the onions. Also, Annette's family got sick that evening too. But, like I said, it was quick. It hit quick and it went away quick. I feel mostly better today and so does everyone else. So, beware to all out there, you might be getting sick. Oh, and the trip to Billings? It was rescheduled for next week. This time, it will be an overnighter because I don't want to run into what we ran into last time.

Sorry you were sick. But glad that it didn't last very long. That's not fun for anyone. Hope you have a happy new year!

Sorry you were all sick. It's just going around. We got it when we were home visiting and it's no fun!

I got it....right in the mouth. Simon's puke that is. It was great. Sorry we all got sick. Now we can stay home together and be sick together whilst our hubbies go have fun.
